Choice Comfort Services earns BBB Torch Award
Choice Comfort Services is proud to announce our recognition from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in the form of its International Torch Award for Marketplace Excellence.
While it is not the first time we have won a BBB award, it does show our commitment to accuracy, best management and decisions that benefit our employees, customers and stakeholders. It’s a sign that we take our HVAC services seriously and pursue excellence in what we do.
As the BBB website states, this award is based on four major criteria: Management Practices, Community/Investor/Stakeholder Relations, Communications and Marketing Practices, and Industry Reputation.
These categories in turn involve factors such as how responsible a business is, how transparent its marketing is and whether it is known to be reliable among its community and professional peers. In addition to a physical trophy, Choice Comfort Services can now officially use its status as an award winner to showcase our achievements.
In 2014, we received the BBB Eclipse Integrity Award, another honor denoting a business with strong ethical standards. This follows similar criteria of the Torch Award, with special recognition given to businesses that promote employee ethics and quality of life among employees while receiving complimentary feedback from customers. An ability to successfully negotiate “tough decisions” also helps these recipients stand out as worthwhile businesses.
