These guys always show up when they are supposed to and tell me exactly what they’re going to do- and they do it with no wasted motion. And when they leave, you can’t tell they’ve been there. These are the pros.

Choice Comfort called to remind me about checking the furnace out prior to winter. The young man that came was polite, nice, and kind . Not only did he check the furnace but also the A/C. Cannot deal with a better company.

Highly recommend heating, air conditioning and plumbing services provided by Comfort Services. Always call before arriving and we rely on them for all HVAC and plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I’ve been using them for years. There was one time early on where I had a less than stellar experience with a tech. I reported it to them and they went above and beyond to make it right in an effort to retain my business. I have not regretted continuing to work with them. A stellar company overall.

As always you guys are the best! We sprung a leak on our water heater yesterday, and Ryan was here within a half hour to make sure we got everything shut down until you had somebody available to repair it. Today, Jimmy came over earlier than planned, got it all fixed up and was done and gone before the original scheduled time! Great job guys! You are honestly one of my favorite companies to do business with. Keep up the good work! Also, a quick thank you for the flowers sent while I was in the hospital earlier this year. My husband called about an issue with our furnace in January and mentioned my situation during the conversation and I received flowers the next day.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Choice Comfort. Mike provided the most thorough estimate for a new HVAC system of any of the 4 companies that I called. Because of his knowledge, he found things that no other company noticed. He was able to answer all my questions clearly and in a way that I could understand, even with no knowledge of HVAC systems. He spoke very highly of the installers, which eased my mind and gave me confidence in the company. Finley and Joe were my installers. They showed up on time, introduced themselves and immediately made me feel at ease. It was very apparent to me that they were knowledgeable with the install and that Mike had communicated with them about everything that needed to be done (removing a 1970's era humidifier from my crawlspace and patching the hole). I was pleasantly surprised with how polite both installers were to each other. They routinely checked on each other and told each other thank you. Finley even asked Joe several times if he was getting too hot outside. When Joe had a question, Finley would answer it respectfully. He never seemed bothered or in a hurry but genuinely waned to help. I don't think I would ever see this level of respect in another company. Finley and Joe did a fantastic job on the installation. They were very efficient and organized. They cleaned up the worksite and even made sure that the fence was closed for my dogs. Purchasing a new HVAC system and having strangers in my home that are sawing into my roof could have been so much more stressful than what it was. I cannot thank Mike, Finley and Joe for a seamless and stress-free experience. I will be a customer for life.

Our first service with Choice Comfort Services and we couldn’t be happier. Cameron was a consummate professional and had the patience to answer each of my uniformed questions. Bought the Maintenance Plan which is a deal.

Air conditioning went out during a heat wave in the middle of summer. The were able to come out the same day and replace a failed capacitor. They did checks for refrigerant pressures and verified they were still in range.

Comfort Choice has great and timely service and great customer service. 10/10 recommend!! I think their prices a reasonable too especially for the quality of service. We did a 1 year contract for the routine maintenance and every interaction with the company has been pleasant.
