Ryan

Choice Comfort Services recently replaced the AC and FURNANCE in my Dad's home in Troy, Ohio. Their service was TOP NOTCH and professional!! They explained everything clearly and answered questions along the way. They even took out the old beast of a furnace in the basement with ease! 5+ STARS for service, friendliness, and ease of the entire process!! #thanks!! :)

Ryan was our tech and was very polite and did a fantastic job in inspecting the heating and air system. Will be asking for him again in the future.

I thought the young man who came into my house, just exceptional job. I’m an older gentleman, and he explained things that I could understand and helped me make some minor changes to my settings. Thank you for the Tune-up.

As always you guys are the best! We sprung a leak on our water heater yesterday, and Ryan was here within a half hour to make sure we got everything shut down until you had somebody available to repair it. Today, Jimmy came over earlier than planned, got it all fixed up and was done and gone before the original scheduled time! Great job guys! You are honestly one of my favorite companies to do business with. Keep up the good work! Also, a quick thank you for the flowers sent while I was in the hospital earlier this year. My husband called about an issue with our furnace in January and mentioned my situation during the conversation and I received flowers the next day.

Paul was very thorough in his determination of what the cause of our problem was. He had all the information we needed to proceed with repairs. He was very polite and professional. Choice Comfort employees answering phones are very kind also! We trust their work!

Ryan was awesome! Our church AC wasn't working so Ryan came out on Saturday and crawled around the sweltering attic to get us up and running. We had been told it would cost thousands to fix by another company, but Ryan found the problem and solved it at a tiny fraction of the cost. This was my first time as a customer with Choice Comfort, but I'll definitely call them again when we need help.

Very good service, our technician was very knowledgeable and got it fixed quickly. Price was very high for the needed part.

Ryan came out to replace the circulator pump because it was noisy and setting up a vibration in the house. He did a wonderful job. We also checked out the vent damper and he showed me how it works. I am very satisfied with their personnel and their work ethic. by the way this was warranty work so it cost nothing

Always prompt service. Very professional and respectful of property. Friendly and courteous.

I chose this business after my previous one ghosted me. I looked at the 4.9 rating and 1k+ reviews in disbelief until I called them. A human answered on the second ring and she was super friendly, helpful and made me want to do business with them. She could have scheduled me for that afternoon but I waived off until the next business day. I got a text when my tech was on the way. He showed up within a few minutes of the scheduled arrival. He was ALSO friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what it was and how much it would cost ahead of time. He scheduled to come back do the repair the next day. He came back AGAIN ON TIME and efficiently repaired the system, tested it thoroughly and explained everything he had done. We paid the bill conveniently on the spot and signed up for the yearly service. Happy to have this quality business just 2 miles down the road and highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC service or repair. I only dealt with 2 people but I was impressed with both of them and their customer service.

Showed up as soon as he could. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Will call again. Price seemed like a lot but everything is more than you would expect these days.
