Comment: In my 12 years of home ownership experience, I have never been more impressed with a service company. We needed a new heat pump and fan coil installed. This is no small task. They helped review options for install, were completely transparent, and responded to email questions very quickly. During installation, they took amazing care of the work area (drop cloths, shoe covers) and quickly removed the old equipment and brought in the new. They answered questions and gave updates throughout the process. After installation, they gave us a tour of the new kit and even provided an equipment inventory list with a pre-registered warranty information. I didn’t have to register on our own. Icing on the cake. We highly recommend Choice Comfort for new installs. Great bunch of folks. We’re sad that they’re gone! —— Update! Had a repair job which included some funky noises coming from our system. Paul was able to patiently and expertly diagnose the issue and replace parts quickly. This company is great. I can’t re-recommend them enough.
