Comment: Pat Andrews was awesome! He was my service technician who was dispatched to my residence as a follow up. Boy did he follow up. He was very thorough and very professional and polite. Pat gave me plenty of updates on his progress along the way and ensured that i was comfortable the entire time he was in my home. He answered all of my many questions and was very informative. He even triple checked his work before he left. Pat found the issue with my unit and worked diligently to execute the solution.
