Comment: I had to schedule a service call because we had a sewage smell in our dining room and Jimmy and Will quickly diagnosed that the cast iron pipe under our kitchen floor had rusted out. Over multiple days, they removed our sink, cabinet and flooring to find the rusted pipe and replace it with a PVC pipe. They kept me informed the entire time and answered all my questions and left me with the confidence that fixing my plumbing issue was their top priority.
