• Comment: Shaun came at the front end of the 2 hour window, scheduled same day. He had an excellent attitude and came equipped with a problem solving mind. Knowledgeable and fast! He fixed my issue within the hour. Also notable, my heater is an antique and he was able to identify the issue quickly and confidently.
