- Comment: Matt the tech, is punctual, reliable, personable, professional and down-to-earth. He has always done right by me. When Choice Comfort Services bought out Matt's previous employer, Kettering Heating and Air, I didn't hesitate signing a 1-year basic service agreement provided Matt continued to service my HVAC. He speaks highly of Choice Comfort Services, and I'll consider hiring them for other trades, based on his recommendation.
