- Comment: We had Josh M. out on Thursday 12/23 and he was very professional. He had a bit of trouble due to the new thermostat not working properly. He called out a second guy, Shaun, and they both had it going in no time. I really appreciate the lengths he went through to get the job done even on Christmas Eve Eve! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
