- Comment: Mike came in, spent nearly an hour going over everything, cleaned the ignitor, told me that even though the inducer motor is making noise, it's not critical and will probably last a few more years. It was a pleasant surprise to learn he is a fellow Butler grad and also lives in our neighborhood. If I ever need any further maintenance on furnace, air, plumbing or electrical, you are the ones I will call. Ten out of ten!!!
