I’m very mechanical so paying someone to work or preventative maintenance my furnace is uncomfortable but I decided to try CC. Mike was the Technition. He was on time and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and took the time to show me parts he removed and cleaned before reinstalling. Showed me multimeter readings and explained what the acceptable variances. I would highly recommend CC and their service team!!

Mike came in, spent nearly an hour going over everything, cleaned the ignitor, told me that even though the inducer motor is making noise, it's not critical and will probably last a few more years. It was a pleasant surprise to learn he is a fellow Butler grad and also lives in our neighborhood. If I ever need any further maintenance on furnace, air, plumbing or electrical, you are the ones I will call. Ten out of ten!!!

Our technician, Mike, was prompt, professional, friendly, and had our furnace back up and running quickly. He answered all of our questions, made recommendations, and gave advice for future troubleshooting. Choice Comfort was the only local company who could come to our house the same day we called. Mike was fantastic!!! He identified the problem with our air conditioner (the capacitor) immediately! Called the manufacturer to obtain our warranty information for us, fixed the problem within 30 minutes! I now have cold air filling my home in the middle of a hot Ohio summer!!! If we have any problems in the future we will be calling Choice Comfort Services! Thank you so much!!!
