Mike is a lead service tech and has been in the HVAC industry for over 17 years. Mike has numerous certifications including N.A.T.E. (North American Technician Excellence) Certified. Other certifications include, Carrier, American Standard, and Mitsubishi Factory Certified, as well as Liebert Systems certified. Mike Lives in Tipp City with his wife and 2 girls and enjoys following the Reds and Bengals.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Choice Comfort HVAC has been servicing our home and three rentals for the past four years. Last year they installed a new AC on one of the houses, and it works great. We recently added a fourth rental, and they installed high-efficiency heat and AC. Mike, Tommy, and Findlay were great to work with. We also started using their plumbing services, and Will (with Chris) has done great work on a big job. The dispatcher, Rachel, is always cheerful and helpful. Highly recommended. Added note for Will the plumber. In the past six months, we finished renovating a new rental in Belmont, where Will was very diligent, patient, and cheerful as we asked him to perform a multitude of tasks not just in Belmont but at two other rentals and our home. Two gas pipes and ventless log setups; outdoor spigots, new toilet, pedestal sink, bathtub, snaking drains, water heater install, new kitchen sink and faucets, shower valves, utility sink, clothes washer drain, and more. Will is amazing.

I’m very mechanical so paying someone to work or preventative maintenance my furnace is uncomfortable but I decided to try CC. Mike was the Technition. He was on time and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and took the time to show me parts he removed and cleaned before reinstalling. Showed me multimeter readings and explained what the acceptable variances. I would highly recommend CC and their service team!!

Mike came in, spent nearly an hour going over everything, cleaned the ignitor, told me that even though the inducer motor is making noise, it's not critical and will probably last a few more years. It was a pleasant surprise to learn he is a fellow Butler grad and also lives in our neighborhood. If I ever need any further maintenance on furnace, air, plumbing or electrical, you are the ones I will call. Ten out of ten!!!

Mike was fantastic!!! He identified the problem with our air conditioner (the capacitor) immediately! Called the manufacturer to obtain our warranty information for us, fixed the problem within 30 minutes! I now have cold air filling my home in the middle of a hot Ohio summer!!! I want to thank Choice Comfort for fixing my central air so quickly and easily. It was only a bad capacitor, which I guess only lasts 18 years. I called the order in on a holiday weekend and although they couldn't come over the weekend, he showed up early on Monday to make the repair.
