Our technician Jason was prompt, professional, and took the time to do it right. He gave us advise on what needed maintenance before we could have incurred major dollars of necessary repairs. Wish all our contractors were as thorough and caring as Jason.

Very impressed with this company. Highly recommended by a friend and now I see why. Had furnace issues in October. They replaced the ignitor/sensor and it continued to run for a bit. Now in January it stopped working again. They came back assessed the situation, determined the control bard wasn't putting out the required voltage. They actually took off the cost of what I had already paid in October. Both Jason and Josh were excellent techs. Very personable, polite, clean and willing to answer any questions. Office staff are great too.

We have been a customer of Cool Solutions for over three years. Being members of the Comfort Club means they come out twice a year and make sure we are prepared for the next Ohio weather change. It alleviates stress knowing they will catch potential problems. Pat came out today, and he was professional and considerate. He explained each part of his inspection process and answered my questions and made sure I understood how the system is currently working.

Being somewhat new to our home, we’ve had Choice Comfort out several times to do work or look at what we thought might have been an issue. Every visit, whether it was troubleshooting a problem or checking on something I wasn’t sure about, has been a five-star experience. Friendly and thorough service. Jason was very good and that's why I am giving 5 stars. The cost of the pump for pumping condensate water to the laundry sink however was not. $600.00 for a $60 identical pump that one can buy on Amazon is more than a bit outrageous from Choice Comfort.

I have only had a contract with Choice Comfort since August of 2023. Had a winter service on the furnace by them. Jan. of 2024 our furnace would not function correctly, it was on a Saturday, & a technician came out & found the problem. The response was quick, & the furnace is working fine. I feel I have made a great choice in choosing Choice Comfort as our HVAC company to service our air conditioner & furnace. Thank you Choice Comfort.

Positive: Responsiveness To Whom it May Concern, We recently moved into a new home in Troy. When the weather started getting cooler we called Choice Comfort to have them show us how to use the boiler system. We were delighted that they were able to schedule us in a timely fashion. Jason arrived on Monday and set to work immediately only to discover that we had a leak in the boiler system. He decided to call upon his boss who was more familiar with this type of system. “The bearded wonder” or Shaun as he is otherwise known, helped to diagnose the problem. They put us back on the books and scheduled us for the next available morning which was Wednesday. I received a courtesy call from Jason first thing on Wednesday to let me know that they were on the way. I was so grateful that we would soon have heat for the winter ahead. I was greeted by Jason and Findley who were able to replace a pressure valve and get the system to build up pressure, thus allowing the heat to move throughout the house. Jason checked to make sure that each of the thermostats were all working and registering the correct heat. Both Jason and Findley were friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions while explaining how to use the boiler system in the future. I feel like I understand how to use the system moving forward. Jason offered to come back if the need ever arises. I am thankful for the quick remedy to our dilemma, and the helpful expertise of the men from Choice Comfort. I would recommend their services in the future. Service: Heating system repair

Choice Comfort takes care of my furnace air conditioning and they've also done Plumbing work, each and every time their professional once they completed their service they clean up they leave everything the way they found it and they do excellent work, they also have other services electrical, water softener, Plumbing, I highly recommend them you won't be sorry.

I had an intermittent issue with the air conditioning, which they worked hard to find. Found the issue and got the system up and running. I really appreciated they hard work.
