Highly recommend Choice Comfort! All of the techs that have helped us, have all been great to work with.

Furnace was not working during a winter storm and Choice Comfort was able to get a tech out to get the heat back on. The operators on the 24/7 emergency line were helpful. Since it was evening and service tech were backed up, was told someone would call after 8 in the morning. The call came at 7:45 and the tech was here a little after 8...IN A SNOW STORM.

Ryan found the problem and fixed it very quickly.

He was very friendly and took the time to explain what happened and options and time frame for the replacement of my 25 year old system.

I was so impressed with the service, for the first time, I signed up for a maintenance agreement to try to squeak a little more time out of the old system.

Tech was on time, quickly determined problem and promptly made repair. I peppered him with questions and he advised important information on furnace.
I am impressed with the reasonable cost, and the tech’s professionalism and consideration.

We recently purchased a small condo in Troy. I called them to service the furnace which hadn't been serviced in years. The appointment was easily made, the service tech arrived on time and performed the service in a professional and timely manner. I then contacted them to replace all facets, shut-offs, toilets, and cabinets in two bedrooms. Once again the appointment was easily made, two plumbers arrived on time and spent the day completing all work. The work was done professionally with good communication. They were very neat and respectful of the property. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC and plumbing needs.
