I’m very mechanical so paying someone to work or preventative maintenance my furnace is uncomfortable but I decided to try CC. Mike was the Technition. He was on time and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and took the time to show me parts he removed and cleaned before reinstalling. Showed me multimeter readings and explained what the acceptable variances. I would highly recommend CC and their service team!!

The professionalism that was provided when answering the phones was outstanding. The technician that came to my house was very respectful. He had a mask on, gloves on, wore booties and really made me feel comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

The technician, Aaron, arrived on time (Even though he had some van trouble prior to his arrival)and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. My furnace was back up and running in no time! I highly recommend Choice Comfort for any HVAC needs!

Everyone at Choice Comfort was so helpful and knowledgeable! They explained everything, asked us throughout the process if we had questions, and were on time both days they were in our home. Our installation tech was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. The installation was clean and very fast! Pricing was great as well! They will be our HVAC company from now on!

I had them do a new install, the service was excellent. Their staff was very professional. The new system preforms well and the looks good as well.

Findlay (Finley?), Anthony, Tommy and Aaron were the most professional, respectful, courteous, punctual, competent, efficient folks I have ever had do work in any home I've ever lived in. We are renters so I can't speak to the cost of the work, but they sure got the job done as quickly as possible. We had no heat the day before yesterday and these gentlemen came right when they said they would on both days, worked all day without asking for a thing, then cleaned up after themselves (even wiping up the footprints on the floor of my back entryway). I highly recommend Choice Comfort and this team for your heating needs.

Professional, on-time, no hassle. Maybe more on the expensive side but you get the service you pay for and I appreciate great service.

My experience with Choice Comfort Services comes from the community impact side! They genuinely care about helping the community they live and work in. They truly have been invested in our mission to bring change to youth and families in the Miami Valley. Choice Comfort has been a partner to our non profit for nearly 10 years. We appreciate their partnership for fundraisers, Christmas gifts, scholarships, referrals to others and general awareness. I have worked with Paul, Megan and Erin directly and they all have authentic hearts for the community. The only reason I don't use Choice Comfort Services for my HVAC needs is that I live outside their service area. I can only imagine that their professionalism and care carry throughout the company with overall customer service. David had previously visited my home for a plumbing modification estimate, which I received and approved. David and Jimmy arrived on time yesterday. discussed the modifications to the estimate work that I desired and began quickly. They worked steadily through the day, answered all my questions, and did exactly what I wanted and needed. I am extremely satisfied with the work done to date and look forward to their return to complete the job after the other necessary work is done. Outstanding service from these two technicians.

Very professional service, informative, clear and up front sales. Technician arrived as scheduled..removed replaced furnace, appropriate duct work, and thermostat. Technician was polite, curtious and knowledgeable. Job was completed in a prompt and orderly manor. Would highly recomend services (carry over customer of B&K Heating) I feel safe and comfortble with services provided and future needs.

Choice Comfort did an excellent job replacing my furnace. They were quick to respond. Very professional installers.

We had noticed our heat had stopped working about 9pm on Friday. We called Choice Comfort to see what could be done and they were able to immediately connect us with technician, Tommy, who arrived at our home about an hour later. After checking into the problem, he found we needed a new motor. Although he couldn’t get it that night, he set us up with a loaner space heater so our 2 year old could sleep comfortably. He returned the next morning with the motor and installed it quickly with no issues. So thankful we don’t have to worry about no heat with the impending snow storm. Tommy was incredibly professional, thorough, and fixed what could have been a larger issue in no time. We’re incredibly grateful to him and the rest of the choice comfort team!
