The group installed new electrical panel and additional electrical upgrades to the home. The work was excellent and they followed CDC guidelines by wearing masks and shoe covers. I would recommend this team for future projects.

Needed service on Air and Furnace prior to selling a rental property. I was given a date that the inspection could performed which was very reasonable. I received a call the morning of the service with the condition of the HVAC and given a price to perform the needed service. The AC motor was locked up. I authorized the service estimate. Later that morning, I arrived at the property to do some of the work that I needed to do and the service technician was hard at work performing the repair on the AC. He was very friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the rapid response and quality of work performed.

Follow up visit from Choice Comfort for the second and final plumbing work in my bathroom renovation. Jimmy and David, who were also my first visit plumbing technicians, showed up on time and fully prepared, and even though that work was several weeks ago, went to work like it was yesterday. Plumbing installation was flawless and quick, and thorough. They tested every possible component and system for function and leaks and I had no doubt it was all done and done well. They patiently answered every question I had and were totally professional. I will not hesitate to use Choice Comfort again, and if I do, will ask for David and Jimmy by name. HIGHLY recommended.

1st time I have used your plumbing service...was excellent! Plumber called & showed on time. Was very efficient...got my jobs done very quickly...& looked for less expensive way to do the work when possible. As he was leaving.....I had a dramatic bathroom leak in a different part of the house...not related to the work he had just finished. I was very lucky to have him there at that time. He pitched in...repaired leak & did most of the clean up from all the water. I will definitely use your company again.....and request that plumber too.

We recently purchased a small condo in Troy. I called them to service the furnace which hadn't been serviced in years. The appointment was easily made, the service tech arrived on time and performed the service in a professional and timely manner. I then contacted them to replace all facets, shut-offs, toilets, and cabinets in two bedrooms. Once again the appointment was easily made, two plumbers arrived on time and spent the day completing all work. The work was done professionally with good communication. They were very neat and respectful of the property. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Jimmy and David did a great job on the plumbing for a bathroom addition in our house. They were great about finding out exactly what we needed and explained what they would do to get the job done. The plumbing and drains were very well done all in 1 day and they left the area spotless.
