Customer Review for HVAC, Heating & AC Services

Josh, from Choice Comfort Services, came to my house for the scheduled A/C check today, 15 July 2021. Josh was very professional, respectful, and overall very nice person. He found an issue that wasn't necessarily a required immediate fix, but for the sake of maintenance to my relative new A/C unit, a recommended fix. His presentation of facts and recommendation wasn't pushy, or presented in a way that indicated the issue couldn't wait to be fixed. However I'm truly into maintenance and we fixed it. Experience was nothing but excellent!!

Jimmy was out to repair my leaking shower faucet, timely, professional and great service!

Tom was very easy to speak with. He seems very seems to know what he is talking about compare to others I have spoken with. I would recommend him.

I recently had my HVAC system replaced by Choice Comfort, and I have to say I am very pleased with the overall experience! The men showed up on time on Day 1 and were very polite and professional. They made sure to ask at several points if I had any questions. Upon leaving for the day, their work area was returned in spotless condition! On Day 2, they maintained the same level of politeness and professionalism as the day prior. Thank you for doing suchba great job!

We had a new HVAC unit installed by Finley and Terry. They were both so professional and polite. They explained everything they did and offered to answer any questions. They cleaned up any mess they made and we're so kind and friendly. They also followed through on everything they said they would do. So thankful we finally found a company with morals and accountability.

Top notch team and did awesome on clean up. Besides my new sparkly Central air unit and furnace you would have never known they had been here. They even put up with my rambunctious golden retriever puppy! Being sure things were safe for him and my kiddos and explaining each step of the process in depth!

Representative inspected my system inside and outside. He diagnosed the problem, reviewed the cost of the repairs and received my approval to do the job. He explained everything and was very polite. I was very pleased with the services I received.
