Customer Review for HVAC, Heating & AC Services

The service man, Jacob, was on time & completed the furnace checkup with no problems. I would call them again if a problem arises. Sue Blevins

On time, efficient checkup

Tommy and Jacob were really nice and did a fantastic job. Thanks for your hard work on a really hot day

I called and scheduled an appointment because my AC quit working. The lady answering was so polite and kind. The service man, Matt came right on time. He was polite, professional and got right to work. He went out found the problem and had the part on his truck so he fixed our AC right away. He even gave my dogs treats! ❤️ This company is top notch and honest. I will definitely use them again!

Dealing with Choice Comfort Services is always a friendly, professional interaction. The whole team does a great job.

Just had my annual maintenance done on the Furnace by Choice Comfort Services. Excellent service as usual. Job well done.

Always happy with the services received from Choice Comfort.

Prompt, and efficient. We have always been impressed with Caleb. He is friendly and helpful. A true asset to the Choice Comfort team.

They come highly recommended.

Thanks folks for your work.

I work at Grace Crossing Church and we called Choice Comfort Service due to a cracked water pipe in our irrigation system. Rachel was very friendly and told me she would send someone out. Jimmy arrived within an hour and accessed our situation. He was very knowledgable and professional. He was able to give us a few good tips to help us get through til warmer weather to replace pipe. Will definitely call them again!

Highly recommend Choice Comfort! They went above and beyond in helping to discover the source of the mysterious wet patch in master closet carpet. (They even carried away the ruined carpet & pad for us.)
Truly professional service! Five o’clock came and instead of calling it quits for the day they continued so that we could have a functioning shower for the next day. They helped me set up my dehumidifier carrying it up from the basement for me. Such thoughtfulness is hard to find.
I’ve only had positive experiences with their plumbing services and their heating and cooling services.
Five Star service!

Very friendly office staff and service technicians. Jacob did an outstanding job of cleaning my furnace ducts. I have already scheduled the installation of a new air conditioner in the spring. I trust Choice Comfort Servies. They provide excellent service at a fair price.

Showed up on time, completed the work in a timely fashion, fair pricing.

Tech was very polite and thoughtful of our home. He performed his duties without leaving any mess behind.

The techician was very professional and informative. I appreciate his honesty and feedback with regard to the work he completed. He was also nice to my fur-baby.

Great experience. I was given a call in advance and Mike came as scheduled. He explained what he was going to do and completed the job in a professional and timely manner. It was a pleasure to interact with his friendly personality.

Choice comfort has helped with our cooking and heating needs multiple times. They are professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Finley has worked on our house several times and has done an outstanding job each time - our home is old and installation can be challenging- all the work done by choice comfort and their staff is outstanding and I recommend without reservation

I have been using Choice under contract for several years. Very prompt and courteous service. I would highly recommend Choice Comfort Services.

I called for a tune up on my AC and they were able to get me an appointment the same day! Matt came out and thoroughly looked through my system and house to make sure that everything was working correctly and efficiently! Great experience!

Excellent work, Communication, professionalism.
