Your Technician, Matt Gibson was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and knew what was needed to be replaced. The repair was successful. Matt should be a real asset to your organization. He was very personable and we discussed mutual interests. We laughed and joked and he made the experience comfortable. Last year we had to have our furnace replaced and we chose Choice Comfort for the job. The tech was very courteous and polite. The job was done in a timely manner and there was no mess left behind. When getting our tune up this year we found the water heater needed replaced. Within a few hours the new heater was in and again no muss or fuss. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their services!

Comment: First let me say from start to finish I felt so good with my choice! This was a stream boiler job for an older home and From the salesman Mike to the the installers Finley and Tommy, they were super professional very considerate, and fast. They always communicated with me every step of the way. They were so great that I picked them with ease over 4 other companies! This was a very expensive job and investment for my home and I feel that they treated it as such and made me feel like they had my concerns as a priority! Thanks guys I wonder recommend them to everyone 10Star rating!!!!!!!!

Barry with Choice Comfort did an amazing job today taking the extra time to really pinpoint the issue in our A/C unit based on just an odd sound we were hearing. He was very professional and took that extra time to make sure what the issue really was and help us understand it. We recommend 100% and won't use anyone else for our heating/cooling needs!

He identified the problem with our air conditioner (the capacitor) immediately! Called the manufacturer to obtain our warranty information for us, fixed the problem within 30 minutes!

I now have cold air filling my home in the middle of a hot Ohio summer!!!

I called Choice Comfort for my office at around 11:00 am. Sean was there by 2pm and fixed our problem without any issues. Sean was professional and friendly and got the job done!
