My experience with Choice Comfort was great. They were able to schedule me in the same day I called. The technician (Caleb) showed me step by step what was wrong with our furnace and presented multiple options regarding the necessary repairs to meet our budget and long term plans. Highly recommend.

Great service from Comfort Choice! Technician Jacob was very professional during my maintenance visit and answered all my questions. He went beyond the call of duty on a day that an ice storm occurred.

Caleb Jerrill did a great job for me. He was courtious , and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing , gave me options and left the decisions up to me. I'll ask for him in the spring when it's time to check out my air conditioner.

The service man was very thorough and courteous. The cleaned up after himself and did not track any mud into the house.

Jason was awesome! He was professional, courteous and honest. He recommended fixes for the issues we had, and did the repairs we requested.

I woke up to a broken thermostat on a 20 degree day. Matt zipped out and replaced it quickly. No muss. No fuss. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Tech was on time and a really nice guy. I asked for advice on WiFi thermostats and he was very knowledgeable to include info on possible rebates with local energy providers.

Choice Comfort is professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Everyone I've encountered is conscious of my time and listens to my concerns/needs. They installed an entire new HVAC system with little to no disruption to my daily schedule. I highly recommend Choice Comfort.

We had a few minor hiccups along the way, but that's how I know they stand by their work and really go out of their way to make sure it's right (whatever IT is!). I don't generally give 5 star reviews, but in this case, they earned it.

On time and as advertised. Very happy with the equipment and service. Installers were great. This was to replace a 20 year old Carrier brand that was working perfectly but was probably getting to the end of it's life span.
Also had the water heater replaced, no need to wait until it's an emergency.

Great same day service! Furnace stopped working and they had it back up and running in no time.

Matt has worked on our furnace and a/c units and does an outstanding job of explaining the problem and the options. We appreciate that he troubleshoots with repair in mind over selling a brand new system. We are happy to recommend him and Choice Comfort for furnace and a/c maintenance and repair.
