Finley and Tommy were very professional in their one day system installation of a new Infinity HVAC. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained the new system in detail. We really enjoyed speaking with them and felt comfortable with the workings of the new system. Thank you Choice Comfort Services for having such wonderful employees in Finley and Tommy.

I called and scheduled an appointment because my AC quit working. The lady answering was so polite and kind. The service man, Matt came right on time. He was polite, professional and got right to work. He went out found the problem and had the part on his truck so he fixed our AC right away. He even gave my dogs treats! ❤️ This company is top notch and honest. I will definitely use them again!

I work at Grace Crossing Church and we called Choice Comfort Service due to a cracked water pipe in our irrigation system. Rachel was very friendly and told me she would send someone out. Jimmy arrived within an hour and accessed our situation. He was very knowledgable and professional. He was able to give us a few good tips to help us get through til warmer weather to replace pipe. Will definitely call them again!

Highly recommend Choice Comfort! They went above and beyond in helping to discover the source of the mysterious wet patch in master closet carpet. (They even carried away the ruined carpet & pad for us.)
Truly professional service! Five o’clock came and instead of calling it quits for the day they continued so that we could have a functioning shower for the next day. They helped me set up my dehumidifier carrying it up from the basement for me. Such thoughtfulness is hard to find.
I’ve only had positive experiences with their plumbing services and their heating and cooling services.
