Our technician, Mike, was prompt, professional, friendly, and had our furnace back up and running quickly. He answered all of our questions, made recommendations, and gave advice for future troubleshooting. Choice Comfort was the only local company who could come to our house the same day we called. Great experience!

Caleb showed up on time, very courteous and helpful. Went quick to identify the problem and solved it within minutes. Gave very helpful information on proper distribution of a/c to the second floor. As well, he provided offers and speedily gathered my info and processed payment.

Mike was prompt, courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. He took care of the problem and educated us on the problem. Our bill was less than we expected and we were very pleased with the overall experience. We will definitely recommend Choice Comfort Heating and Air to all our friends and relatives and anyone else in need of these services.

After coming home from a 3 day mini-vacation, It was 84 degrees in our house. When we saw that the thermostat was left on, it was apparent that something was wrong. I called Cool Solutions, and less than an hour, I received a call that they could come within an hour or so. Pat Andrews arrived and was very polite, and extremely kind. He clearly explained what happened, and what it would take to get it right. We joined the Comfort Club, because it was such a great value for us. I was more than satisfied with the service provided. I am also much cooler than a few hours ago.
