Shaun came at the front end of the 2 hour window, scheduled same day. He had an excellent attitude and came equipped with a problem solving mind. Knowledgeable and fast! He fixed my issue within the hour. Also notable, my heater is an antique and he was able to identify the issue quickly and confidently.

Recently while on vacation our Dog sitter mentioned something seemed wrong with the AC unit. I called Choice Comfort and with in 2 hours a tech was at the house and had it fixed. Quality work, great timing and affordable pricing you can't go wrong with them.

I have used Choice Comfort for both my home & business and I cannot say enough good things about this company!! Such a breath of fresh air being able to place a service call and not have to worry about being overcharged for unnecessary repairs. Their staff is kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my family is warm for the upcoming Winter months.

We came home this evening to our house registering at 51 degrees. We called after six and was able to get a service call with Tommy H. He showed up and was able to get our unit working and our house warming up quickly. I’m so happy that we chose to call Choice Comfort as he turned our evening around. His customer service was beyond impeccable and truly genuine. Thanks again for helping our family of seven, and making sure we go to bed warm tonight.

Open 24 hours, our heater stopped working and we have 2 babies under 3 at our home. I called around 6 am in a bit of a panic and they had a tech out by 9 am. Prompt and friendly service, the phone calls were professional, and the tech was very thorough with his inspection. We were very worried about having to replace the heater but he was able to simply clean up a sensor and get everything back on track. They'll be the first ones we call if there is an issue again.

Technician was friendly, appeared to know what to do with my furnace. Was honest about tuning it up and did not break anything so I would have to fix it.

We are so pleased with the level of customer service and speedy service they gave to our family. They understood the importance of restoring heat and hot water to our family, with two young kids, and truly made us feel like a priority ! I also feel like they offered us a fair price. We will be customers for life 😊
