Servicing my HVAC system has never been so thorough.. condense was cleaned with a special hose, inside furnace, checked and cleaned. Very professional..even helped put in one of the ceiling filters that is very difficutl to do.. Amazing...now I am wondering, what was the previous company doing??? So glad I found them...plus they have other services

Called my former regular HVAC contact. They refused to work on a furnace they did not install. Called Choice Comfort. They scheduled an appointment same day!. Tech called 30 minutes ahead of time. Arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem. Had replacement part on truck, installed and fixed within 1 hour. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. And, Tech answered some additional questions on other units in my home. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended.

I called about a frozen spigot and a water leak in the house and I had a man at my house within 15 minutes of the first call. They set the appointment time for 10am a couple of days later (my earliest) and David was here at 10:01am..he went right to work fixing the problem (he put an access panel in an outside wall and repaired the leak. Everything was nice and clean when he was done. It took about 30 minutes. Will definately use them again!

I initially chose this company because they were the company that installed the heating system in my house before I purchased it. I am now a loyal customer. They are responsive, upfront with pricing, and honest. The absolute best thing has been how quick they are. I've gotten same-day appointments every time I've needed them. And not four-hour blocks either - actual appointment times! Plus they don't charge extra for evenings or weekends, especially helpful to a working mom like me.

I Had a great experience last year with the service man Pat. My furnace was running for a little while an then shutting off. I had called two companies.
The 1st service man wanted $550 for a control board and the 2nd service man wanted $850 for a gas valve. They spent about 10 minutes each checking the furnace and I didn't trust either one of them. So I called a third company Cool Solutions and they sent out Pat. He spent over an hour checking out the furnace and found the problem. It just needed cleaning and that fixed the problem. There's 3 things I look for. 1) someone I can trust. 2) someone who is knowledgeable. And 3) cost. Pat is someone I can trust and is very knowledgeable. The costs are about the same but I saved money with Pat because of his knowledge and truthfulness.
I highly recommend Cool Solutions.

Highly recommend! Jimmy is awesome! He definitely knows his stuff. We thought we were going to have to install new water pipes. Turns out it was bad work from another company. They treat you right and make sure the job is done right. We will be customers for life.

Called them at around 10 am and by 11 am Jimmy showed up to take care of my water softener issue. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly he arrived. I had a boat load of questions for Jimmy and he was so patient and friendly. He made me feel as if my concern was his concern. I highly recommend this company!

The reps were very responsive via phone and email. When we had issues they had availability to come out within a short notice to check out the issue, give us a quote and fixed the problem quickly. Their prices were very reasonable when comparing other similar companies
