Paul L****** did an excellent job during his visit. Was very thorough, amicable and pleasant to talk and learn from. Will recommend the company and his service anytime!

The guys did a great job putting in my new AC. They were on time, very courteous, and very professional. They even went the extra mile to take care of bees nesting in the exterior wall, spraying them and sealing the opening. Made sure any questions I had were answered. Definitely my go to company.

$600 to replace a $20 capacitor on a heat pump. Average cost should be about $170 according to several online estimates. Price is gouging! The installer took less than 10 minutes to replace a $20 part. $95 service charge, $75 diagnostic charge and $425 charge to replace the part. Their hourly rate is $2400 an hour! Let that sink in for a moment! 10 minutes of labor for $400 or $40 per minute!

I am very pleased with the service(s) I receive from Choice Comfort. Today was the first time I needed emergency service and I as usual, the technician was knowledgeable and pleasant. He (Paul) took time to teach me the difference in furnace filters and he did not appear to be annoyed by my lack of knowledge. Choice comfort is the only company I will use for all my heating and air conditioning needs; outstanding service every time I need them.

This company was wonderful. Techs were on time, courteous, and very professional. Went over and beyond what was needed to install whole house air conditioning.
