I had three local HVAC companies bid a system replacement for heating and AC (no new ductwork). Comfort was competitive with a quote for a mid-range high efficiency system. They were on time for the install, did the job exactly as bid, and answered all my questions. Install took a day and a half, but they had my AC back up and running by the end of the first day, so I was only down a few hours (in August - I presume the furnace gets priority in the winter).

I've only had the new system for less than a day, so I can't review it, but I am very happy with how the install went.

TJ and Travis were awesome. Very professional whenever I asked a question and super efficient. I was really impressed by how much they got done and love the new furnace. You get what you pay for and I got tremendous service from Travis and TJ!

Check up on system done twice a year. The techs you send are so nice. Of course today was no exception, prompt, thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, & courteous. Always a pleasure to do business with your company

Paul was our technician's name and he arrived on time, explained his work and his demeanor was professional. We will request him when we need service on our HVAC in the future.

Choice Comfort has given me wonderful service over the past years. Paul did a great job getting my furnace ready for the coming heating season. There was a minor problem requiring some time to rectify, and he really stuck to it, diagnosing the problem and executing a fix. I was impressed by his professionalism and dedication. He explained everything that he did in a manner that I understood. I would recommend Choice Comfort and Paul to anyone need HVAC services.

The guys did a great job putting in my new AC. They were on time, very courteous, and very professional. They even went the extra mile to take care of bees nesting in the exterior wall, spraying them and sealing the opening. Made sure any questions I had were answered. Definitely my go to company.

$600 to replace a $20 capacitor on a heat pump. Average cost should be about $170 according to several online estimates. Price is gouging! The installer took less than 10 minutes to replace a $20 part. $95 service charge, $75 diagnostic charge and $425 charge to replace the part. Their hourly rate is $2400 an hour! Let that sink in for a moment! 10 minutes of labor for $400 or $40 per minute!

I am very pleased with the service(s) I receive from Choice Comfort. Today was the first time I needed emergency service and I as usual, the technician was knowledgeable and pleasant. He (Paul) took time to teach me the difference in furnace filters and he did not appear to be annoyed by my lack of knowledge. Choice comfort is the only company I will use for all my heating and air conditioning needs; outstanding service every time I need them.

Very professional, came in to Marion’s and Travis and Tommy came in got the job done ahead of schedule and were very respectful and were mindful that we were doing our job as well. Would highly recommend their services!
