TJ, Travis, Finley and Tommy worked for hours in my attic replacing my ductwork, installing a drain and drain pan and so much more. There was a bit of a misunderstanding when it came to what was getting done when that impacted the price but they were able to strike me a really good deal and I 100% plan to use them again!!

Jimmy went the extra mile to help me with my situation. On installation day, he was on time, professional, efficient, and answered all my questions. His helper was also great.

Due to my positive experience above, I called them for my geothermal air conditioning issue recently. As before, they were very responsive. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I really appreciate everything they did for me.

My husband and I bought our house this summer and what would you know our AC and Furnace crapped out a week after we moved in.

Recently we decided to get it fixed. I was initially impressed with Mike the sales rep that came by to do the initial assessment and how through the 3 day installation he checked in on the crew's progress.

My installation was a pretty tricky one the old unit was in the crawlspace with an access that would have made getting a new system in and the old one out basically impossible without cutting a hole into our foundation.

TJ and Travis were my technicians and they were able to navigate the tricky installation by putting my new unit in a closet and running the new ducting in with the existing duct work. They also repaired broken ducting in my crawlspace then took a few extra minutes to teach me how my new thermostat worked. It was great how they were okay with taking a minute to answer questions and explain how my new system works in a way that I could understand. 10/10 experience.
