Ryan was very knowledgeable and was able to fix our unit within an hour.

We are so happy with this place! Choice Comfort Services should be your only place to go for any plumbing, electric and heating and air needs.
The plumber we had was very knowledgeable and personable. He fixed a very bad leak we had yesterday and today he installed a new water heater. We have other things that need to be done and we will be calling them for all of our needs.

Josh was there when he said he would be and took care of the maintenance on our A/C. He also gave my husband advice on replacing the A/C when the time comes

Andrew tuned up our A/C unit and then 2 weeks later installed our smart thermostat unit. He did an amazing job both times and was completely professional. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be using again!

The installation guys did a great job. They were professional, courteous and hard workers. I liked that they covered our flooring to avoid damage and dirt and that they cleaned up after their day's work was done. As to the air conditioner working as it should, it was in the high 40's on the day of installation so I will know more about that once it's warm and needs to be turned on. At this point, I won't hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

My place of employment used this company for our air conditioning that went out in our building. We were blessed to have 2 wonderful techs Finley and Tommy who provided great service and got us back up and running asap! We are grateful and happy customers! Thank you so much!!!

Responsive customer service. Been with them for years now. Their Techs are consistently on time and really nice folks. I asked for advice on WiFi thermostats and very knowledgeable to include info on possible rebates with local energy providers. Used them for a CO leak as well and they made it happen. Great service every time.

Highly recommend Choice Comfort Services. We first had them come out to install a new furnace back in November of 2022 and not only did the work exceed our expectations, the technicians were very kind, courteous and professional. I just had them come back out to do a dryer vent cleaning and the technician went above and beyond to complete the job. After he finished he answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the service. Choose Choice Comfort you’ll be happy you did!

Even though the problem should have been avoided had Kettering Heating and Air made the proper adjustments when the furnace was installed in 2018. It never ran properly . The guys were not very knowledgeable.
But now……..
Andrew was thorough even after he installed the inducer motor, he made sure everything was working properly. He gave me suggestions on how to keep it running well, ie.. how often to replace filters, and maintenance programs. It finally runs like a normal furnace.
Choice Comfort honored the warranty on this very expensive part.

Great experience having our new furnace installed! From the first service call to the sales meeting to the install, everyone I met was kind, respectful, and helpful. It was a cold 36 hours after our furnace went out in the winter, but they were ready to install within 48 hours of my first call which was fantastic! Will definitely use them again for future repairs/installs.

Great technician and company. Used them for several years now. Technician very knowledgeable and was able to suggest possible solutions to my issues. Signed up for their maintenance plan.
