My water heater went out and they sent someone the same day. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced but they applied the first day appointment fee to the replacement. Chris was knowledgeable and nice. He explained the problem and my options answering all questions. He was nice to my little dogs too. The problem was resolved quickly and with minimal hassle.

Nothing but positives to say. Very professional, responsive and quick. I would strongly recommend.

Tommy and Finley did a great job installing my HVAC systems. They took the time to answer all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked well. All the employees are very courteous and knowledgeable. I always receive excellent service from Choice Comfort.

Air conditioning went out Choice Comfort gave us one until they could put one in.

Able to get appointment quickly. Arrived exactly on time and fixed the problem. Explained everything. The guy was very personable. The only downside was that it was extremely expensive. Everything had a charge driveway fee, diagnostics fee parts fee that was undoubtedly well marked up but at least the service was quick, and it got taken care of.

Choice Comfort was very professional, they finished ahead of schedule, and everything works perfectly. 5 Star service!

We had another HVAC company tell us our whole system needed replaced. Choice Comfort came and solved our A/C issue quickly and didn’t try to scare us into buying a new system. I would definitely recommend!

He does what's needed -- and consistently goes beyond expectations with service and advice. It's why we do business with this company. Moreover, the company is very responsive whenever we have a problem. Nice people, good business.

This was the first time using this company and I was very pleased Jason was personable and knowledgeable.

The crew arrived when promised, efficiently installed the new Heating and AC system, and removed old unit and trash leaving all areas the way they were. The entire crew was responsive and professional, answering our questions and instructing us on new system operation. Great job!
