I had to schedule a service call because we had a sewage smell in our dining room and Jimmy and Will quickly diagnosed that the cast iron pipe under our kitchen floor had rusted out. Over multiple days, they removed our sink, cabinet and flooring to find the rusted pipe and replace it with a PVC pipe. They kept me informed the entire time and answered all my questions and left me with the confidence that fixing my plumbing issue was their top priority.

Took extra time to fix our thermostat correctly, checked and double checked that all was working properly with the furnace before he left. We're very satisfied with this company.

Chris arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. He replaced the hose bib and installed a shut-off valve. He was personable and even my dog liked him.

This is yet another time I have had Choice Comfort do work for me. They always call ahead, show up on time, explain what needs to be done and why. It makes no difference whether it's plumbing, or HVAC, they are congenial and competent. The guys were working on my mini-split today, found where it was leaking, and made the repair in a timely manner, on what was a very tight spot to work in. I appreciate their courtesy, and professionalism. Choice Comfort has more than earned my loyalty, I won't call anyone else.

The service representatives were on time and started replacing my system replacement promptly. They were knowledgeable and kept me updated as the system replacement progressed. They completed the job within the time specified and then instructed me on the operation of the new thermostat. I highly recommend them.

Had my winter maintenance check completed today.

Choice Comfort takes care of my furnace air conditioning and they've also done Plumbing work, each and every time their professional once they completed their service they clean up they leave everything the way they found it and they do excellent work, they also have other services electrical, water softener, Plumbing, I highly recommend them you won't be sorry.
