The whole process from Estimate to Installation was great on the purchase of a new AC & Heat Pump. The sales process was painless and they listened to what I wanted without playing games or offering products I didn't need. While waiting for unit to arrive and be installed there was a fulfillment snafu which they made right without a lot of pushing from my end. The installation also went great as both installers were friendly, professional, and did great work providing a tidy install. I feel as good as one could feel after needing such a pricey upgrade performed and have no doubt that if a problem arises the folks at Choice Comfort will take care of it.
