The technician was on time and explained everything he was going to do. After doing his work, he explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend.

Arrived promptly. Advised what was done on A/C tune-up. Cameron was professional during visit.

Very impressed with this company. Highly recommended by a friend and now I see why. Had furnace issues in October. They replaced the ignitor/sensor and it continued to run for a bit. Now in January it stopped working again. They came back assessed the situation, determined the control bard wasn't putting out the required voltage. They actually took off the cost of what I had already paid in October. Both Jason and Josh were excellent techs. Very personable, polite, clean and willing to answer any questions. Office staff are great too.

Choice Comfort Services are my go-to people when I have any household system that needs attention whether it be repair or tune up work, they always arrive on time, with a clean appearance, and are always courteous.

I have to do a lot of service calls from HQ and the techs for HVAC companies for our branches aren't always the most communicative. It's hard when I'm not on location. Paul was very communicative, thorough and so polite. I felt good not being there and still knowing he fixed everything correctly for a good price.

Choice Comfort was great. We had a technician at the house within the hour. Paul was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about our problem with the heat pump. All was fixed in a timely manner. Definitely plan on staying with Comfort Choice.
