Friendly and thorough service. Jason was very good and that's why I am giving 5 stars. The cost of the pump for pumping condensate water to the laundry sink however was not. $600.00 for a $60 identical pump that one can buy on Amazon is more than a bit outrageous from Choice Comfort.

Update 5 years later....still doing a great job every time. Our go to for both Heating and A/C and now plumbing too. Just had Chris out today for a leaky toilet. Got it all fixed up and cleaned up in no time. And don't forget the girls in the office! Rachel is always kind and very helpful. She does a great job!
Update 1/22/24 - Appreciate the speedy response when I called this morning with a furnace not working. Had a same day appointment, and Josh had it up and running in no time at all! He's been to our house multiple times for maintenance work and he's great!! Keep him around!! You guys are awesome!

Great company!! Have a heating and air service contract.. Heat went out and. They came within a couple of hours.. Had to replace our old system. They came out the next day... They showed up when they said ..wonderful customer service!!!

I have only had a contract with Choice Comfort since August of 2023. Had a winter service on the furnace by them. Jan. of 2024 our furnace would not function correctly, it was on a Saturday, & a technician came out & found the problem. The response was quick, & the furnace is working fine. I feel I have made a great choice in choosing Choice Comfort as our HVAC company to service our air conditioner & furnace. Thank you Choice Comfort.

Lady I spoke with on the phone was courteous and understanding about my furnace not working when it was 7* out. Repairman (Paul) was supposed to arrive between 12 - 2pm. He arrived at 12:15 and immediately got to work and was able to fix the problem quickly. Very satisfied.

Choice Comfort Services always provides a thorough HVAC check-out and maintenance twice a year. The technicians arrive on time, are friendly and professional, and always answer any questions we may have.

Choice answered my call on a Wednesday regarding a furnace not working in one of our rentals. They had it fixed within 24 hours.
