Customer Review for HVAC, Heating & AC Services

We had a fantastic experience with these guys, everyone we worked with was extremely professional and completed their work in a very timely manner. I plan to use this company again in the future.

Great service, knowledgeable, prompt, neat ,friendly.

We contacted them on an emergency basis to replace our water heater which was leaking carbon monoxide and natural gas. They gave us a window in the afternoon to come look at it but called again with an earlier opening which was much appreciated. Jimmy came and gave us a competitive quote and advised he could do the installation same day. He completed the job quickly and was very professional. We would recommend them to anyone.

Last week Tommy and Finley were at our home to install a new ac system. These gentlemen were the best ever. They kept every thing clean, always on time, very pleasant even though the temp in the attic was hot. We'll give these guys a 10 every time. Thank you so much.

Friendly professional service. New HVAC installed in one day. No issues with product or installation. No mess when they finished.

Friendly & professional service. Thorough examination of our HVAC system. Explained needed repairs so I understood. Best service call & diagnostic rates I’ve come across.

My tech was awesome. On time and very nice. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything he was doing or going to do. Amazing experience.

Technician was very knowledgeable and respectful.

I left a message over the weekend and they called me first thing, Monday morning. Josh, the technician, was there within an hour. He was very friendly and helpful with my questions and concerns. Problem solved!

Paul was knowledgeable and courteous. Explained what he was doing and the costs involved. A pleasant interaction.

It took two visits, but they were able to service a third story rooftop unit and fix the trap pipe on the AC unit.

I’m very happy with the service we received today. Paul was very professional and worked efficiently to get the job done.

Highly recommend heating, air conditioning and plumbing services provided by Comfort Services. Always call before arriving and we rely on them for all HVAC and plumbing needs.

Paul was very thorough in his determination of what the cause of our problem was. He had all the information we needed to proceed with repairs. He was very polite and professional. Choice Comfort employees answering phones are very kind also! We trust their work!

Choice Comfort Services provided a very competitive price for a new Carrier Central A/C unit. Once we chose Choice Comfort for the job they put us on the schedule and had the unit installed within a couple days. Their installers were professional, efficient, clean and clearly experts at what they do. I would recommend CCS to any homeowner in need of HVAC.
