Cody was thorough and cleaned up our furnace to look like new. Replaced a couple parts, the filter and then cycled everything to ensure the furnace was responding properly.

Technician arrived promplty and was very courteous.

Perfect service call. Called in advance of arriving. Arrived exactly when promised . Found small issue on outside unit. Advised on cost of replacement part. Chose to have part replaced. Total time was a little over an hour. Paul was a very courteous , friendly service tech. Appreciate starting my day in a positive way.

I had to have someone come out to our home to check our air conditioner on a Sunday. I can’t recall ever having to do this in 36 years of being a homeowner. I felt so bad. Paul was wonderful. He had just done our yearly service on the unit last month and said everything was still fine. There were some glitches in the thermostat, but his initial thought was that our daughter kept taking the thermostat off its programming cycle while we were out of town and it wasn’t catching up. He took it off programming and set it for her. He told me he wanted to try this first instead of us having to purchase an expensive thermostat if we didn’t need one. I appreciated his honesty. We’ve had Choice Comfort out for plumbing issues as well. Everyone has been professional and personable. Highly recommend this company.

AC went out 3 days before our new restaurant opened. We were tight on cash since we were just opening and choice Comfort offered us a financing option which was perfect, the techs were super friendly, efficient and their work was very clean. Paul is very thorough and meticulous. He clearly explains what he is doing, answers all your questions, and informs you about equipment that is beginning to fail, e.g., capacitors that are losing their ability to store and supply sufficient energy to the circuit.
