Amazing company to work with. They came same day I called to advise me what was wrong with my furnace. I had to replace my unit an they installed in 1 day.

I have used Choice Comfort for years. I have service agreements for both heating and air. They have had to replace my air and install a new water heater. The service men have always been courteous and informed. I would not use anyone else.

From the call for emergency service through the completed install the next day, everyone was top notch. Professional, courteous, friendly and compassionate. 17 yr old furnace repair was going to take half of what a new high efficiency unit would be to install. But we were in no way pressured to buy new and were given three exceptionally reasonable offers for replacement. Thanks to Jason, Mike, TJ and Kyle. They made all happen seemlessly. Arrived on time with short notice, diagnosed my failed Thermostat, installed the new one, checked out the system, educated me on the repair process, and made sure I was familiar with the new unit. Installation could not have been more timely and efficient. Communication was timely and scheduled times were known in advance and everyone who was scheduled to work on job arrived at the scheduled time. Willing to take into consideration my input and customize project to meet the needs of me the customer while keeping everything to code. Very professional and great company to work with for my project.
