I had an appointment in June. They called me and said they had a cancellation and would I like to move up my appointment. I definitely liked that. The technician was friendly, professional, thorough, and courteous. Technician checked out my AC and all was well. I highly recommend this company.

We called Choice Comfort on Tuesday late PM when our furnace made a horrific and concerning grinding sound. They scheduled a Tech to address the issue for Wednesday between 8-10 AM. The Tech called and arrived promptly at 8:30AM.
He was able to quickly duplicate the grinding sound. He determined the problem. Replaced a screw with rubber cushion and reinstalled the motor causing the concern.
Tech was professional, friendly and extremely competent. This is our third repair for furnace and Air Conditioner by Choice Comfort in the last year. Each time the repair solved the problem, the Techs were competent, professional and appreciated. The costs of the repairs have been reasonable and fair. Most important, each has solved our concerning problem. Ryan was terrific.

I have used Choice Comfort for several years for both yearly furnace and air condition checkups as well as the installation of a new water heater and an air condition unit. I have always been well satisfied with the work they have done and would highly recommend then. Their service employs all have been highly knowledgeable in their work and always made sure we were stratified with their work before they lest.

After calling different companies for over 3 months, getting quotes from tech that never showed up to do the work I decided to contact Choice Comfort after a waitress at a local restaurant recommended them. I have a lot of issues in my not so old boiler in a huge house. I have been solving the issues in steps and I have to say I dont trust anyone near my steam boiler other than these guys. May not be the cheapest, but they are always on time, respectful, get the job done and they clean up after themselves and are really knowledgeable. Wouldnt call anyone else.

This company is amazing! They went above and beyond to help us get our furnace installed during the busy holiday season (Thanksgiving-New Year’s) and were kind and professional the entire time. They showed up when they said they would and quickly installed the piping for our natural gas furnace, which was converted from electric. Centerpoint Energy caused a delay in the gas line connection (which pushed out the connection for a couple days), but when we finally convinced them to send out a technician on emergency service call on New Years Eve to connect our service, Mike, the sales manager from Comfort Choice showed up to ensure our system was functional before the cold weather came! Tommy came on the morning of January 2nd and finished the final steps to ensure our thermostat and lines were functioning properly and answering any remaining questions that we had. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC or plumbing work!

Furnace went out Wednesday afternoon. Choice had a tech here in 90 minutes. Needed replacement. Furnace with a humidifier installed within 24 hours after the initial call. And we have the coldest weather forecast in more than a decade within 48 hours of the installation.
