Timeliness of repair exceeded our expectations. We've used their services twice now and both times they have been extremely courteous and thorough.

We had a great experience with our tech Paul! He was very polite, answered all of our questions, and got the repair done in a very timely manner. We are back up and running!

Tommy and TJ saved the day! They found the issue quick (a nail in the line set in the attic from our roof job). They climbed in the attic and got us fixed up. They were very professional and very reasonable with pricing. Out of five companies, Choice Comfort was the only company that could come out the same day! I highly Recommend Choice Comfort Services!

Excellent service. Paul was great. Came out in less than 4 hours from the time of the call, on a Sunday and Father’s Day. Replaced what was broken and was extremely personable. Will be using them in the future for sure.

We contacted them on an emergency basis to replace our water heater which was leaking carbon monoxide and natural gas. They gave us a window in the afternoon to come look at it but called again with an earlier opening which was much appreciated. Jimmy came and gave us a competitive quote and advised he could do the installation same day. He completed the job quickly and was very professional. We would recommend them to anyone.
