Customer Review for HVAC, Heating & AC Services

AC went out 3 days before our new restaurant opened. We were tight on cash since we were just opening and choice Comfort offered us a financing option which was perfect, the techs were super friendly, efficient and their work was very clean. Will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone!!

Very quick and professional. Work was done in the time quoted with no issues.

Paul is very thorough and meticulous. He clearly explains what he is doing, answers all your questions, and informs you about equipment that is beginning to fail, e.g., capacitors that are losing their ability to store and supply sufficient energy to the circuit.

Both of my installs have gone so smoothly. The techs are the best , so knowledgeable and explain every option. I highly recommend Choice Comfort.

Paul was on time, knowledgeable and explained the inspection process. I was impressed with his attention to detail.

Choice Comfort is the only company I use for any home repair or service that they offer. The technicians are extremely professional, kind and considerate of me and my home. Their work is exemplary.

Our tech, Cameron was on time & efficient with fulfilling our needs for our air conditioning unit. Choice Comfort is a good call to make!

Great service. Amazing communication and came on time and did the job quickly with having the part on the truck! Service man was very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

We’ve counted on Choice Comfort for years since they installed our AC/furnace. They’re always available when you need them, they’re reliable and efficient, and just about everyone you talk to there is super friendly. I’d highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs. This specific instance, Shaun was the tech who came out. We were one of “those people” who needed their unit serviced during a heatwave. He was super friendly and professional, quickly diagnosed our issue, and has fixed in a blink of an eye. We can rest easy now we have cool air flowing through our home again.

Timeliness of repair exceeded our expectations. We've used their services twice now and both times they have been extremely courteous and thorough.

We had a great experience with our tech Paul! He was very polite, answered all of our questions, and got the repair done in a very timely manner. We are back up and running!

Tommy and TJ saved the day! They found the issue quick (a nail in the line set in the attic from our roof job). They climbed in the attic and got us fixed up. They were very professional and very reasonable with pricing. Out of five companies, Choice Comfort was the only company that could come out the same day! I highly Recommend Choice Comfort Services!

Excellent service. Paul was great. Came out in less than 4 hours from the time of the call, on a Sunday and Father’s Day. Replaced what was broken and was extremely personable. Will be using them in the future for sure.

Unbelievable! Paul arrived quickly and diagnosed and fixed the problem. A great person to represent your company who explained everything well. I would give so many more stars if I could and will be using them in the future. Well done!!!!!!! I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend this company to my family and friends.

They did such an awesome job. We are so thankful for great prompt service!

Quick same day service to get the ac cranking again. Paul was very professional and explained everything to us.

New air-conditioning unit Tommy! I am cool. Tommy and crew were awesome! They wore booties and covered our floors! Professional and even though they were here most of the day. We barely noticed they were here! Thank you!

The team did a great job and I couldn’t be happier!

Great customer service when you call in. Had HVAC and plumber come out same day. They were both prompt, clean, professional, explained everything and did a wonderful job! Thank you!

Honest, quick and friendly service! Thank you for saving the day!

On time and thorough. Job well done!
