I used Choice Comfort for several years and continue in using them to replace my gas furnace in a quick and timely matter. My hats off to the two service tech Travis and Finely in doing the replacement of the gas furnace. And along with Mike making the coordination of getting a furnace. The tech took precaution in protection the area of the home in removing, delivery and installing the new furnace. I got heat again! Thank you

Had two furnaces to completely replace. They were able to get parts and ready to install within a couple of days. On time and called ahead! Very professional and got the job done as cleanly as possible. Furnaces were not in the best spots, but they were done in a timely manor.

Comment: I had 2 furnaces fail over the 15 degree Christmas weekend (in 2 houses). Choice Comfort fixed both problems.
In the full "new cut-in" furnace replacement install, the men, Finley, Tommy and TJ, were outstanding.
I have been impressed by their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness & ability to communicate with the homeowner.
It was a big multi-day installation but they showed up on time every day, worked hard, and did a good job.

Furnace installation as well. Travis and TJ always kept us updated and made us aware when they arrived in the morning so as not to startle us.

Replaced pressure switch and helped find other issues. Very polite and quick fix. Will use again if needed.

Service was great, technician to the house was great (friendly, informative, careful, and did a great job), and everything is working fine so far, so I have no qualms with the service. My only sticking point is billing and the receipt. I received a receipt for payment but not a detailed billing of what I paid for equipment, supplies, labor, etc. I want to know these details because I want to know what I was charged for equipment vs. what I may have been able to purchase it for via another outlet like, Amazon, Walmart, etc. (obviously for smaller things like faucets and disposals, not big-ticket items). I also want to know if I could have been surcharged for having provided my own supplies, etc. I feel these details are important to both a business and an individual customer, or at least should be to the cost conscience customer.

Company always follows up with appointments and staff and technicians are professional and polite. Had out routine maintenance done today and the technician explained everything he did to our system. I am always very pleased dealing with Choice Comfort !

Choice Comfort HVAC has been servicing our home and three rentals for the past four years. Last year they installed a new AC on one of the houses, and it works great. We recently added a fourth rental, and they installed high-efficiency heat and AC. Mike, Tommy, and Findlay were great to work with. We also started using their plumbing services, and Will (with Chris) has done great work on a big job. The dispatcher, Rachel, is always cheerful and helpful. Highly recommended. Added note for Will the plumber. In the past six months, we finished renovating a new rental in Belmont, where Will was very diligent, patient, and cheerful as we asked him to perform a multitude of tasks not just in Belmont but at two other rentals and our home. Two gas pipes and ventless log setups; outdoor spigots, new toilet, pedestal sink, bathtub, snaking drains, water heater install, new kitchen sink and faucets, shower valves, utility sink, clothes washer drain, and more. Will is amazing.

Travis and TJ were very professional and got the job done. They kept me informed of the progress on the install as this was done at a business. I appreciate all of their hard work.

Travis and TJ did excellent work removing my old furnace and installing the new one.

Always on time, thorough, and professional. They went over everything they checked and answered all my questions.

My furnace was blowing cold air. The technician was on time, professional and knowledgeable and eventually found the problem. A stink bug was blocking the drain line from the furnace causing the heat to cut off somehow, which, of course, I would never have figured out. All that needed to be done was to remove bug, no new parts or extensive work. That stink bug cost me $362! Moral of the story, don’t think those bugs are harmless. They really are “stinkers”!

Turns out furnace isn't a good one but Choice bought out the other company so it's not their fault. Choice Comfort crew does good work and I'm sure they do all they can for the bad furnaces they inherited. I've mostly had routine maintenance done. Only a few real problems (no heat) and they've pretty much responded quickly and resolved the issue.

Service was great, Ryan Pullins thoroughly checked our heat pump system for a malfunction that we had. He was very courteous and helpful and really explained what he was doing. Totally recommend

Technician (Paul LaGasse) was on time and completed thorough inspection of both internal and external HVAC systems. In addition did a cursory inspection of plumbing connections and noted any potential issues. I would highly recommend their services 💯.
