I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Choice Comfort. Mike provided the most thorough estimate for a new HVAC system of any of the 4 companies that I called. Because of his knowledge, he found things that no other company noticed. He was able to answer all my questions clearly and in a way that I could understand, even with no knowledge of HVAC systems. He spoke very highly of the installers, which eased my mind and gave me confidence in the company. Finley and Joe were my installers. They showed up on time, introduced themselves and immediately made me feel at ease. It was very apparent to me that they were knowledgeable with the install and that Mike had communicated with them about everything that needed to be done (removing a 1970's era humidifier from my crawlspace and patching the hole). I was pleasantly surprised with how polite both installers were to each other. They routinely checked on each other and told each other thank you. Finley even asked Joe several times if he was getting too hot outside. When Joe had a question, Finley would answer it respectfully. He never seemed bothered or in a hurry but genuinely waned to help. I don't think I would ever see this level of respect in another company. Finley and Joe did a fantastic job on the installation. They were very efficient and organized. They cleaned up the worksite and even made sure that the fence was closed for my dogs. Purchasing a new HVAC system and having strangers in my home that are sawing into my roof could have been so much more stressful than what it was. I cannot thank Mike, Finley and Joe for a seamless and stress-free experience. I will be a customer for life.

Positive: Responsiveness To Whom it May Concern, We recently moved into a new home in Troy. When the weather started getting cooler we called Choice Comfort to have them show us how to use the boiler system. We were delighted that they were able to schedule us in a timely fashion. Jason arrived on Monday and set to work immediately only to discover that we had a leak in the boiler system. He decided to call upon his boss who was more familiar with this type of system. “The bearded wonder” or Shaun as he is otherwise known, helped to diagnose the problem. They put us back on the books and scheduled us for the next available morning which was Wednesday. I received a courtesy call from Jason first thing on Wednesday to let me know that they were on the way. I was so grateful that we would soon have heat for the winter ahead. I was greeted by Jason and Findley who were able to replace a pressure valve and get the system to build up pressure, thus allowing the heat to move throughout the house. Jason checked to make sure that each of the thermostats were all working and registering the correct heat. Both Jason and Findley were friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions while explaining how to use the boiler system in the future. I feel like I understand how to use the system moving forward. Jason offered to come back if the need ever arises. I am thankful for the quick remedy to our dilemma, and the helpful expertise of the men from Choice Comfort. I would recommend their services in the future. Service: Heating system repair

Last year they installed a new AC on one of the houses, and it works great. We recently added a fourth rental, and they installed high-efficiency heat and AC. Mike, Tommy, and Findlay were great to work with. We also started using their plumbing services, and Will (with Chris) has done great work on a big job. The dispatcher, Rachel, is always cheerful and helpful. Highly recommended. Added note for Will the plumber. In the past six months, we finished renovating a new rental in Belmont, where Will was very diligent, patient, and cheerful as we asked him to perform a multitude of tasks not just in Belmont but at two other rentals and our home. Two gas pipes and ventless log setups; outdoor spigots, new toilet, pedestal sink, bathtub, snaking drains, water heater install, new kitchen sink and faucets, shower valves, utility sink, clothes washer drain, and more. Will is amazing.

Comfort was competitive with a quote for a mid-range high efficiency system. They were on time for the install, did the job exactly as bid, and answered all my questions. Install took a day and a half, but they had my AC back up and running by the end of the first day, so I was only down a few hours (in August - I presume the furnace gets priority in the winter). Our old oil furnace was serviced by them to get us through the winter. (Bob does excellent work!) At which time I decided in the spring it would be a good time to retire it. Mike stopped by later that week and gave us several options for a new furnace. They installed a new high efficiency carrier furnace and completed the job in one day. The price was reasonable. Finley and Barry covered the pathway through the house and did an awesome job installing, cleaning up and explaining how the new thermostat works. They also cleaned up the ac coil above the new furnace going above and beyond what I expected. They always call about thirty minutes before arriving for an appointment. I highly recommend Choice Comfort Services and will call them when it's time to replace the ac system.

I was most impressed with the prompt, efficient, caring, courteous service which Finley and BJ exhibited when they installed my new furnace. I have only the highest praise and regard for their work which was beautifully and carefully performed. I only wish they could have seen how extremely pleased and delighted I was when I saw the finished product. One could tell they take great pride in their work, leaving the work area in perfect order. The installers were highly professional, capable and personable. They were very careful not to disturb us and even fixed some additional problems that we had not discovered. The salesman was also very informative and helpful. We would definitely recommend them!

I recently had my HVAC system replaced by Choice Comfort, and I have to say I am very pleased with the overall experience! The men showed up on time on Day 1 and were very polite and professional. They made sure to ask at several points if I had any questions. Upon leaving for the day, their work area was returned in spotless condition!
