I can’t say enough wonderful things about Choice Comfort! I came home to find my dining room full of water which was from my water heater. I immediately called Jill at Choice Comfort & she sent jimmy out to show me how to turn off the water to the water heater. He then used his shop vac to clean up the water in my laundry room. Within a few hours, the old water heater was removed & a new one installed. Jimmy & TJ did a phenomenal job! I can’t THANK YOU enough Jill, Madeline, Jimmy & TJ!!

AC went out 3 days before our new restaurant opened. Tommy and TJ saved the day! They found the issue quick (a nail in the line set in the attic from our roof job). They climbed in the attic and got us fixed up. Great company!! Have a heating and air service contract.. Heat went out and. They came within a couple of hours.. Had to replace our old system. They came out the next day... They showed up when they said ..wonderful customer service!!!

The installation guys did a great job. They were professional, courteous and hard workers. I liked that they covered our flooring to avoid damage and dirt and that they cleaned up after their day's work was done. As to the air conditioner working as it should, it was in the high 40's on the day of installation so I will know more about that once it's warm and needs to be turned on. At this point, I won't hesitate to recommend you to anyone.
